This notice describes how personal data of users browsing this website is processed, pursuant to art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR").

2. Categories of data processed
- Browsing data: IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited and access times, automatically collected by the systems for the operation and security of the website.
- Data provided voluntarily: name, email address, company, subject and content of the message sent through the contact form.
- Cookie-related data: consent preferences and technical identifiers, as described in the Cookie Policy.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Replying to requests sent through the contact form — legal basis: consent of the data subject and pre-contractual measures (art. 6.1 a and b GDPR).
- Ensuring the correct operation and security of the website — legal basis: legitimate interest of the controller (art. 6.1 f GDPR).
- Aggregated statistical analysis and commercial communications — legal basis: optional and revocable consent (art. 6.1 a GDPR).
- Compliance with legal obligations — legal basis: art. 6.1 c GDPR.
4. Provision of data
Providing the data marked as mandatory in the contact form is necessary in order to handle your request. Without it the message cannot be sent. Consent to commercial communications is optional and does not affect our reply.
5. Processing methods
Data is processed with IT tools and with technical and organisational measures adequate to guarantee its security, confidentiality and integrity, and is accessible only to authorised staff.
6. Retention period
Data sent through the contact form is kept for the time needed to handle the request and, afterwards, for the period defined in the controller's retention settings (24 months by default), unless different legal obligations apply. Cookie consent records are kept as proof of consent for the same period.
7. Recipients and transfers
Data may be disclosed to technical service providers (hosting, email, analytics) appointed as data processors pursuant to art. 28 GDPR. Data is not disseminated. Any transfer to third countries takes place only with adequate safeguards under Chapter V of the GDPR.
8. Rights of the data subject
At any time the data subject may exercise the rights set out in art. 15-22 GDPR: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection to processing and withdrawal of consent, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
Requests should be sent to the controller's email address listed in the contact section. Data subjects also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
9. Automated decision-making
This website does not carry out automated decision-making or profiling activities producing legal effects on the data subject.
